Dressing Cart

A two-tier stainless steel cart. The top flat surface is enclosed by guardrails on three sides.
A metal wash basin is attached to the frame via a swivel arm just below the top shelf.
The bottom shelf is flat and open, shown holding a cylindrical step-operated waste bin. It sits on four swivel casters.
