Metalist Store Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to METALIST.
 These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products or services. By accessing the website, placing an order, or completing a purchase through the website or official communication channels, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Products and Services

METALIST provides a wide range of industrial and commercial solutions, including but not limited to:

  • Food Trucks
  • Food Carts
  • Containers
  • Kiosks
  • Custom steel structures and accessories
    Detailed specifications, pricing, and product information
    are available on the website.

3.Orders and Purchase

Order Placement

Customers may place orders directly through the METALIST website
or through approved official communication channels.

Order Confirmation

  • Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent containing the order details.
  • The order is considered official only after confirmation is issued by METALIST.



Payment

Payment is accepted through the following methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfer
    All payments must be completed according to the instructions
    provided during checkout

4. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production Time

  • The production period for food carts, containers, and related products ranges from 25 to 90 working days,
    depending on the product specifications.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated separately and may vary based on:

  • Product size and weight
  • Delivery location

Delays

  • In the event of any unexpected delay, METALIST will notify the customer as soon as possible.

Order Receipt and Liability

  • The customer is responsible for receiving the order upon delivery.
  • If the product is shipped through a third-party shipping company, that company is solely responsible for any damage occurring during transportation.
  • METALIST bears no responsibility for damages caused during shipping, and such cases are not eligible for return or compensation.


5. Cancellation, Return, and Exchange Policy

Cancellation and Returns

  • Orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange after payment or after signing the contract.


Failure to Receive the Order

  • If the customer fails to receive the order within 3 days of the delivery date, a daily penalty of EGP 6500 will be applied as storage and parking fees.
  • If the customer cancels the order or fails to respond, the order will be canceled, ownership of the product will revert to METALIST, and 90% of the product value will be deducted, with 10% refunded to the customer.

  • This deduction reflects manufacturing costs incurred based on the customer’s specific requirements.

6. Warranty and Maintenance

Warranty

  • METALIST provides a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects
    related to:
      Steel structure
      Cladding materials



Maintenance Policy

Product Inspection Before Dispatch

  • Customers or their representatives must inspect the product at the factory before shipment.

  • Adequate time will be provided for inspection and approval.

  • Once the product is shipped or received, it is considered fully approved.

Maintenance After Receipt

  • Maintenance requests after receipt are subject to METALIST’s approval.

  • Warranty-related issues will be handled according to warranty terms.
  • Requests outside the warranty scope may incur additional charges.



General Notes

  • METALIST is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling by the customer.

  • Any maintenance beyond warranty coverage will be charged accordingly.

7. Modifications After Delivery

  • Once the product is delivered and approved, the customer is not entitled to request further modifications

8. 3D Design Service

  • A maximum of three (3) design concepts will be provided for each 3D design service order.

  • If none of the submitted designs are approved, the service will be terminated.

  • The customer is not entitled to a refund in this case.



9. Privacy and Data Protection

  • METALIST is committed to protecting customer privacy.
 All personal data is handled with strict confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties except:
              With customer consent.
              When required by law or governmental authorities in Egypt.

10. Marketing and Use of Product Media

  • METALIST reserves the right to photograph, video record, advertise, and market any completed product.

  • Product images and videos may be used on the website, social media platforms, or marketing materials.

  • If the customer wishes to restrict publication, a separate agreement must be signed for an additional fee.

Branding

  • All products include a METALIST identification plaque.

  • The customer may not remove, alter, or cover this plaque.

  • Any violation may result in legal claims or compensation demands.


11. Amendments to Terms

METALIST reserves the right to update or modify these
Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
